There is a 13% State / County resort tax added

Reservation Deposit:
There is a $150 deposit required via
credit card, US/INT Money Order or Bank Check to secure
the reservation. This deposit is part of, and not
in addition too your total.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund will be returned if cancellation
is initiated 30 or more days before scheduled arrival
date
- 50% refund will be forfeited if cancellation is
initiated less then 30 days before scheduled arrival
